What an amazing and friendly person Alex is he made me feel comfortable and relaxed And he's given me my confidence back

I was a bit sceptical at first that this would work, my bald patch is hardly noticeable now, and I had lost a lot of hair on my crown, I had 3 sessions and a 4th one free of charge, I have to say Dawn is a lovely lady and she made me feel so at ease, she has done a fantastic job and I would highly recommend anyone to have this treatment who has lost a lot of hair, thanks Dawn

Can’t fault Alex James SMP, from the moment I first enquired to completion he has been brilliant. He put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. Enquired at a couple of places but this place is definitely the best in the north west. After several months of research and a few exchanged emails into Smp training I took the plunge and booked on the beginners course with Alex. I was sent plenty of pre course information and useful links which made the first day of training not feel as if I was going in totally blind. Really enjoyed the 3 days with Alex and his team there was lots of information given and , shared experiences of the profession as well as practical work. I did my level 4 laser tattoo removal course with Dawn and Alex. They made it a calm experience as I have no previous experience in this field. We had plenty of practice on live models which set us up to have the confidence to take what we learnt and use it straight away. If you are considering taking any of the training they offer I’d highly recommend going to them. I travelled from the other end of the country and it was well worth it. I’ll definitely go back when ready to do my next course.

Great experience, a bit nervous at first but upon meeting Alex I was easily put at ease with the expertise and professionalism he had . I dont usually write reviews, BUT THIS TIME I HAD TOO!....I was very skeptical and unsure about going ahead with the micropigmentation procedure. From the very first conversation I had with Alex I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Despite the fact i have a busy lifestyle and was late to every session, not once did Alex moan and not once did he get annoyed. He took his time during every session to make sure he was happy with his work and that I was happy with what he had done. The place was very clean and kept it very well sanitised. He was very professional, courteous but most importantly he was very friendly. It was the best decision I have ever made and as a result I feel so much for confident in life. I urge anyone who is thinking of going ahead with this procedure to give Alex a call and allow him to change your life for the better. Thank you brother 🙂

Alex is so professional and totally put my mind at ease after me debating for ages whether to go ahead with smp. Alex answered any of my questions with no pushy sales pitch. After the first session I could see the results straight away with the second and third adding the density. A few days after the third session the redness calmed down and the smp softened and blended naturally with my existing hair. I would highly recommend Alex as I am extremely happy with the end results and his service.

I have had 3/4 PRP sessions with Dawn and I have seen very positive results with the treatment - my hair is fuller and thicker and well on its way to full health. Friendly, professional and accommodating. From the initial video consultation, he was able to give good advice on how the procedure will go, and patiently answered all of the questions that I had. When we had the SMP sessions, he was kind and reassuring, and this gave me greater confidence of his skills and capabilities. Even after the 3 sessions, he accepted my request for a touch-up work, which shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. In all, highly recommended.

I was fortunate to be able to attend the SMP course at Alex James SMP Academy and the experience from start to finish was incredible. Found this clinic locally (im from burnley) after my hairdresser recommended prp hair. Had 3 sessions over 3 months.happy with the results. Staff really friendly. Will come back in the future when needed.

The training was comprehensive, set at the right pace, resulting in the students working on live models completing different styles of SMP work. Having completed the course I feel that I have the right skills set to begin my SMP practitioners journey. Training for SMP. Alex and Dawn are both lovely. They give you so much of their knowledge and understanding of the SMP process. The days are utilised well and before you know it, the days done. I've left feeling confident. And happy to take on clients straight away. I've done a few courses in the past where you have to take all the info in, in such a short space of time. Not here. You've got separate days. Allowing you to gain confidence with the needle, before heading back for your final day. Thanks so much guys!!!

I had recently started to notice my hair line and other patches were starting to recede and i would even notice it on photos with a cleanly shaven head. It was starting to play on my mind a lot subconsciously. I toyed with the idea of having micropigmentation but didn’t know whether i could justify the cost or if it felt a little vain in some way, but I finally decided to do it and I am now so happy i decided to do it. It had really brought back my confidence in certain ways. Alex James was very professional and is a descent bloke all around. His set up is great and really does a great job. My mind was immediately changed when I met Alex, who having undergone the process himself, was superb in putting my mind at rest. The results speak for themselves! I was thinking of having smp after a hair transplant originally. The treatment was done every 2 weeks. I was happy with this time frame and now I have a permanent solution to my hair loss concerns. Really good experience. All concerns were allayed prior to any booking made, when I visited and spoke to Dawn who was able to answer all my queries and address any concerns. The procedure itself has minimal pain and has little or no affect on your daily life afterwards. The whole process went smoothly and the aftercare offered was first class. Ultimately Dawn is able to carry out the procedure in a calm manner and makes you feel at ease. I would fully recommend.
