Our founder, Master Scalp Micropigmentation Practitioner and Trainer is Alex James Smith, a talented and fully qualified individual who has performed Scalp Micropigmentation procedures since 2020. Alex lives in Rossendale with his wife & two dogs 🙂
Alex has a career history of working in Healthcare, so he is understanding, empathetic and cares deeply about each and every client he treats.
He understands his client’s needs, wants, fears and concerns, as he has been in their shoes looking for an effective hair loss solution, having had the SMP treatment himself he understands only too well, the struggles we go through when suffering hair loss and why a straightforward, guaranteed solution is so important.
Alex’s hair started to thin rapidly in his mid twenties, he tried the usual hair restoration lotions and attempted to disguise it with hair fibres which in the end, ultimately failed. His hair ended up so thin he eventually started looking for a hair loss solution and came across SMP, after receiving his own SMP treatment he was literally blown away by how good & natural the results looked & just how much confidence he gained simply by having his hair line back again. He knew almost straight away he had to help others in the same position, so he trained in highly reputable ‘Kevin Langley training Academy’

Our Scalp Micropigmentation Practitioner Dawn Hutchins specialises in Male & Female Density work, she is a passionate and friendly individual who is fully accredited to perform Scalp Micropigmentation procedures alongside Alex.
Dawn has a career history of working in Education & Healthcare. Alongside SMP, she has trained in and provides a variety of skin care treatments to her clients, Dawn is always striving to educate her clients for the best long term results.
